the etsy deasign award

I am trying to submit the award application and everytime I upload a url for my prodcut it says it's not in my shop. this is after paste and copy wtf after tying to do this like five times now How is a product I sell not in my shop? i tried with a few products not working wtf

Tried this along with other items and it does not work (Product does not belong to this shop) is the message I get.
