Your messages have been blocked because you were sending unsolicited messages to people, or multiple identical messages.

You have NO SALES, therefore, NO customers to reply to.  You can only message people who message you FIRST, or people who have placed an order with you. You have NO SALES, therefore, NO customers to reply to.

You must wait until Etsy unblocks / releases you.

There is nothing to do but have patience, and read the rules:

Just so you are aware, other sellers with mutes have reported waiting a month to have their priviledges reinstated.

You can’t fix it. Sending too many messages in a short period of time makes look like you’re spamming.

If you send a lot of messages to people, Etsy will restrict your messaging abilities.  Were you sending messages to people, trying to get them to buy from your shop?  If so, that is not allowed on here.  Only Etsy can reinstate your messages; you'll have to reach out to Support to inquire about this.

You also need to do what Etsy told you to do and contact support.  Then wait and never do this again.
