switch to etsy payments

I recently read that Etsy is planning to switch to etsy payments. Supposedly sellers should switch from PayPal to Etsy Payments. But what about those who do not have this payment system in their country? I live in Kazakhstan and registered a store until 2021, then this opportunity was closed. What will happen now, will all stores in countries without etsy payments be closed?

Where etsy has announced etsy payments, those countries will have to switch.

If it's not available for your country, then you just continue using paypal on any store that's already opened.
