strange message possibly scam

I just received this message from Etsy support is it real?
Hello!
You have received a message from a support staff member.
We have updated the system of the site, so all current shops are suspended, in addition, the payment options of the buyer is not accepted by your card. Unfortunately, a short verification is required to proceed and your shop will be activated.
In order to activate further operation of the shop, write "Yes" in the chat and wait for further instructions!

It is a SCAM if it did not come "from Etsy" in your messages.

Did you check the "from etsy" section of your inbox?

This makes zero sense: "...  the payment options of the buyer is not accepted by your card". As an established seller, you KNOW that payments don't go to your card; they only go to your bank account.

SCAM!  All genuine Etsy messages will be found in the "From Etsy" folder under Shop Manager, Messages.
