I opened a shop, submitted all my information, and even sent in photos of paperwork. My dashboard says ETSY has my shop in vacation mode, and that my dashboard will have a banner stating why, well, nothing, not even an email. I was able to create listings, pay to publish them, ETSY took my money, but still on Vacation mode. I have sent 5 emails, even attached screen shots in one, another I asked for a phone call and gave my number, NOTHING. I have been trying to get this resolved for 9 days now. This is so frustrating, I like the thought of having a site like ETSY for small business, but ETSY forgot about small businesses when it comes to tech support. Some please give me some help. I almost at the point to close my shop and go else where.
