Is there something I can do to get the stats to work. I keep having to either chose Etsy or All to view my daily stats.
This has been discussed on multiple threads. A lot of us are in the same boat.
my sales have also stopped, I don't know what is going on
I have no stats no sales and no idea what is going on with my shop as well. Views are tanked all month it's like Etsy shut my shop off. Very weird.
If I even attempt to click on my shop tomsee it there is just a loading screen.
One would think Etsy doesn't know the meaning of DASHboard.
It's a holiday so Etsy will likely not be looking into this problem until they return. My stats can be seen if the date is changed. I've put in the last 7 or 30 days. Then Ican revert back to today's stats and the current stats show up.
