stats not updating again

my shop stats not updating again

wish it was sleep time where I am at the moment

hope people can still see my store

I’ve gotten so used to seeing zeros, I never know if stats are broken again or if my shop is so far into a hole that it doesn’t see the light of day. I didn’t have one view until 3:00 pm yesterday so…..

16 hours with no stats updates. I think that is a new record.

Yes, I’m concerned. Not only are my stats down but I had a purchase that went through and now I see no sign of it anywhere. This is worrying.

Mine has zero since yesterday morning and still are this morning. However I had 2 sells and 1 favorite last night so at least 3 people were there.

For the record, the record is 28+ hours.  It's frustrating, but sales are what are important, not visits.  If you need stats try Google Analytics.

The last three days, basically since August 1, every time I look at my stats it says zero across the board. I’m guessing it’s based on the glitch you guys are talking about here, but I’ve never had zero sales at the beginning of any single month since I started doing this. I reached out to Etsy support, I know, won’t help at all, all I got back was the regurgitated “how to make yourself visible on Etsy” how-to copied and pasted BS. I’m so frustrated

Same here (Thank goodness it is not really zero!)  Google analytics shows people in my shop (realtime report) but zero in stats here.  Oh well, par for the course.  Maybe the Etsy AI statistician has Sundays off?

so, when Etsy shuts down the stats for a time it looks like they are working on upgrades

straight away I have noticed one change - that is to the community section on the ap

it does not have - load more - there are page numbers which is better

does anyone see anything else that they have upgraded?
