My percentage for star seller under replies is wrong. I looked at the dates from the downloaded report  and can not find any messages I did not reply to (i generally reply immediately, if not a few hours at most.) the one date has a conversation and the last message was a " ok thanks" type message from the buyer that was part of a chain and did not need a reply. the other  date has no messages at all.  I am assuming it was one of the SEVERAL spam messages i have received "I want to sell your items and pay you a monthly fee to control your shop.." ew. I delete the messages but the app (hate the new app) no longer has the option to "mark as spam"

anyway to have this corrected?

No, you have to mark them as spam. 

Yes, it's frustrating that Etsy still hasn't fixed it so we have this option in the seller app, but you can do it from any browser or the buyer app. In the future make sure you are always marking them as spam, not just deleting them.

If you are using a phone or tablet you can view the message through the BUYER APP and the spam button is there.  It is not good enough to delete the message, the automated filter won't see that, it simply compares the timestamps for receipt and response for each new message.  It doesn't count spam, but it does count messages deleted without a response.  You can't get around the system, you need to answer or mark as spam.
