Hi,

We haven't regained our star seller status despite appearing to reach all the criteria. We were 100% on messages, 100% on time dispatch & 4.8 on reviews with only one 3 star review. Have we misunderstood?

you have a 2* on Feb 12th, as well as a 3* 

15 reviews, (65+2+3) 70 stars,  70/15 = 4.66

... look at PREVIOUS review stats, for the badges calculated on midnight 30th April,  which is showing now on your shopfront

the "current" review stats are the ones you are working towards, for end may calculation, and will be shown on 1st June, once the current review period ends

Yoou are missing the Rave Reviews badge.  You had 15 reviews in the assessment period (1 Feb-30 April) 13 x 5 stars, 1  x 2 star and 1 x 3 star.  That means a total of 75 stars out of a possible 80, which equates to 94%.  You need 95% for the badge.
