Last Feb my shop pipeworkpieces was forced into vacation mode to re verify my documents and this was resolved in about 4 days.
I was also told that a star seller account in good standing can not have there shop forced into vacation mode.
Well this morning I had a huge shock . Since Feb 2024 my shop has constantly had star seller status due to working 7 days a week BUT this morning with no email warning or explanation I myself find my shop forced into vacation mode.
Of course once your shop is put into vacation mode the chat icon is taken away for etsy support BUT I was able to use the chat before it was removed and I was told by someone that my shop is in good standing and I will receive an email detailing why my shop was put into vacation mode.
So frustrating I have never broken etsy policy's I have 99% 5 star reviews out of 2859 sales and my livelihood like everyone else put in this position is greatly affected. Specially at this time of year.
It would be so nice if Etsy would tell us why this is happening with all the fees I pay every year .
So now at the busiest time of year where I was getting daily orders I am sitting and waiting for a reply from Etsy.
Sad thing is I can not even re direct visitors to my own website as my site is not even found in search results due to the vacation mode.
Does Etsy support ever monitor this thread and help us sellers ?
