star seller shipping issues

I was knocked down from 100% to 83% because my last package I shipped was marked not shipped by due date. I shipped it on Oct. 4th and the ship by date was Oct. 5th.  I also input the tracking number.  I have the packing slip that says ship by oct 5th.  So, I'm not sure why my avg was affected since I did everything correctly.  Thank you.

it was scanned on the 4th into the USPS distribution ctr..  Unfortunately, it appears my CSV for the star seller says there is no information and that it hasn't had a tracking or shipping date yet, even though it shows in my completed order the tracking and ship date.  It's frustrating as I've never experienced the percentage drop when I've done everything I'm supposed to be doing.

@DarlingCreativeWorks  :  This issue has been addressed in numerous threads on this forum. Have the packages been scanned? Often the CSV file is often behind reality. If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Our experience is that a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file and order correctly show tracking and shipment status.
