star seller not updating

Hi all! 

i recieved a low review, which brought my average rating below the criteria, however we resolved the issue and the review was changed. it hasn’t however changed on the star seller board and it still thinks my average is below what it needs to be. i have left it for a day and it hasn’t changed itself automatically. is there any way to resolve this issue?

I see no "low reviews" in your shop - just 5 star and 4 star.

 Hii! the low review was changed to a high one, but the board didn’t update, that’s the issue x

@Former_Member: Reviews which have been changed do seem to update the Star Seller rating, but based on other posts in this forum the amount of time that it takes for the change to propagate varies.

"i have left it for a day ..." Star Seller stats appear to be only updated once per day so that can be a factor in how long it takes for a change to show up.

I believe the star seller calculation is based on the original review and does not get adjusted if the original review is changed. In other words, star seller will not change, even if review is changed.

@RandysExoticWoods: With the disclaimer that things seem to change daily on Etsy with no notice, we did have a 4-star review changed to 5-star and the stats did eventually update to reflect that.

Yes, the new review will be used for the calculation, up or down.

I wonder if the other review areas (shipping speed, customer service, etc.) were marked low in the initial review, and the only change made was the actual star rating.  If so, then perhaps the overall rating was not high enough to meet the Star Seller metrics?
