Request to Include FleetOptics Ground in Carriers List
Dear Etsy Support,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am currently facing with the shipping and tracking system for my shop on Etsy. I have two orders from my Print on Demand (POD) partners that are being delivered through FleetOptics Ground. Unfortunately, these orders are not being marked as “shipped” or “delivered” within the Etsy system.
This discrepancy is causing significant inconvenience for me, as it affects the accuracy of my order tracking and disrupts the timing of promotional emails that I have scheduled based on the order status.
I have reached out to both the POD partner’s support team and Etsy support regarding this issue. However, both parties have advised me to contact the other team for a resolution.
To address this problem effectively, I kindly request that FleetOptics Ground be included in the list of recognized carriers on Etsy. This inclusion would ensure that orders shipped through FleetOptics Ground are appropriately tracked and marked within the system, thereby preventing any further disruptions.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution. Please let me know if you require any further information from my end.

Just a heads up if Etsy sent you to these forums, you are not contacting Etsy support here and they will not reply to you.
"This space is for peer-to-peer support on technical issues. Etsy admin will post updates each month and will alert this forum to major site-wide incidents"
If you want to contact support you have to go through the help pages.
I'm not sure if you use a POD if when they ship orders that the buyer's order is updated as shipped with a tracking # or not.
If not then you will have to mark those orders as completed/shipped and if they have a tracking #, you'd need to enter it to at least show an item has shipped. If not Etsy will ding you for late shipping or not shipping at all (even though the POD did).

Tracking may not be visible for one of these reasons:
- The shipping carrier may not be supported on Etsy. If Etsy cannot process your carrier’s tracking events, you can consider using an alternate carrier.

Why do you have your location set for Canada, the POD company is in Canada but ALL the items I looked at ship from Norway???
How is that possible if the POD company is in Canada?

I'm confused. Fleet Optics says it's a "last mile logistics provider" on delivery in a limited number of Canadian cities.
The OP's POD is in Norway. I would receive an order between May 24th & the 31st? And all for less than $20.00 total (on most items) since I see free shipping.

@ArtDollsbyJD - All 3 of the listings I looked at say shipping is from Norway.
I only see the production partner in Canada.
I still haven't figured out how a delivery service that appears to only operate in Canada is the shipper of choice for a business in Norway; how orders get to the US; too many questions.

Confusion here. You have Canada as your location and your POD is in Canada according to one listing. However others have Norway. Very confusing, Is your POD using this carrier? Are your items coming from a POD in Norway and they are dleivering to the person or to you?
Aftership does not recognize Fleet Optics. That is the service Etsy uses.
You will need to talk to Etsy directly via email, not chat, to ask about this. We here in the forums cannot help you. Etsy is not here except as moderators.

Sorry for the confusion. The norway thing is automatically set up because “Gelato” my pod partner’s country of origin is Norway.
While they “gelato” have over 200 partners in all over the world (130 countries) including Canada, US, UK, etc…
since this is a learning process for me, how do you guys recommend me to set up the products and/ or shipping profiles in this case?
it depends on the products and orders mainly (buyers’ location)…

Hey, you already helped me by bringing this issue up. Because it’s hella confusing. Kudos to the community
the solution would be for me to mention in all my products the point about shipping/delivery profiles.
as for the tracking of orders it’s unfortunate that both etsy and gelato are not giving me real solutions…
please, if anyone has the email of their technical teams to email them about the tracking provider, I will be very grateful!

There is no email for any Etsy technical team.
There're probably zero chance that Etsy will add this shipping carrier just for you.
The POD would have to use a carrier that Etsy recognizes.
Don't use google because if you find an email / phone # that says it's from Etsy, it isn't. It's scammers.
You have to contact Etsy through the help pages on your shop manager page > help > contact us > select topics.
This is the only way.
There're different options to click on, find one that has shipping.
