Hi, does anyone know why the main Message Response Rate stat shown on the Customer Service Stat page isn't updating as your message response within 24hrs is going up? For example, I was on 83% because I missed one message. Since then, I have answered a few questions within 24hrs and although when I hover over the 83% its saying 89% has now been answered within 24hrs, the main stat showing is still 83% so it looks like you aren't progressing? Hope that makes sense!? I wanted to attach a pic but seems like you can't...

Some stats in the last few days of the month don't get updated and are missed off the calculation so it may not update in time for the next calculation period on 1st December.

They have updated though when I download the spreadsheet and it's updating the percentage when I hover over the 83%, it's just the 83% that hasn't
