can't create a discussion on the forum "FR community"

Hello, I don't understand why I can't create a discussion on the forum "FR community". I have this error message:
You do not have sufficient rights for this resource or its parent to perform this operation.

It is the French Community (FR)

Make sure you are logged in to the forums properly.

Etsy changed the access privileges a while ago. You may have to ask support to fix yours.
