star seller messages not counted

I got a message 2 days ago and replied within a couple of hours. My messages overview in star seller still mentions --%, no message received. I did get a message and I replied well within the 24-hour window. It seems like the star seller stats are not updating at all.

@LindeDesigns: Based on our analysis of the CSV files, it appears that messages are counted after the 24 hour reply window ends (not when the message was received or answered) and orders are counted based on when they are scheduled to ship by (not when they were placed or shipped). Usually a day or two after that the Star Seller stats auto update.

update: I spoke to someone from Etsy chat and that person didn't understand the problem at all. She kept talking about the qualifications instead of the progress bars. I did send screenshots pointing out the exact problem. She will send it to the technical team and they will email me, but it might take a while before they answer.

Wait a little while, the stats don't always update in realtime  it can take 24-48 hrs.  Also, you may need to refresh the stats screen as I find all the stats pages need a manual refresh to bring in recent adjustments.

And, just to add.....That is why Orders or Messages received on 30/31 Day of the Month will not contribute to the SSP Message or Shipping Statistics for that Month. ETSY uses UTC Time for the SSP CSV calculations. Even if you reply or ship immediately, the Etsy System looks at when the 24 Hour Reply timeline or the Processing timeframe is due to expire and uses those dates/times to assign Orders to the Monthly CSV calculations.

@BagmakerSupply @CarpetCollectionAU the message if finally added around 55 hours AFTER the 24 hour window expired. It's really inaccurate when you get to the last couple of days of the month, so sadly all Black Friday stuff probably won't count the processing time expires the 28th or 29th.

@LindeDesigns: IMHO Star Seller is not worth stressing over - Etsy is data driven and if they could prove that having (or not having) the Star Seller had ANY effect on a shop's sales they would be screaming it from the proverbial rooftops. And what if Etsy just said that December Star Seller was based on the 27th of August through the 26th of November?
