I sell 100% digital items, but at the end of April I accidently marked an item as physical. As no on time shipping and tracking info was included, I lost my star seller. As I never sell physical items, I was told by Etsy support that I will have to wait 3 months for the new cycle. I had 100% in my message response and 5 stars average rating. Etsy support told me there is nothing they can do. This is really unbelieveable to me. Does anyone have any advice?
None except to wait out the 3 months. Sad as it seems Etsy will not change anything having to do with star seller.
