DEAR SIR/MADAM,

 I THINK MY  Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, PLEASE IF SOME CAN HELP ME AS I FEEL I WAS LET DOWN.all messages replyed on time and resolved.i was expecting all good but unfornunately i was downgraded .please some one can help.

You missed the messages badge. Check your Star Seller details to see which one you missed.

If you can't feel like you can respond to all messages on time yourself, set an automatic reply.

It cannot be manually adjusted by Etsy staff.

thanks, i have not missed any messages for reply we do reply with in 24 colours or very sooner.possible miscalculated

Did you buy anything? Sometimes sellers do not know that they must also reply to messages from other sellers.

Go to your SS stats page and by the January progress click the Download message link and look for what they think you  missed. Note scam messages are counted if you do not mark them spam. Messages from other sellers are counted whether  they are (illegally) sending you promo messages(spam) or a seller you bought from messaging you. ALSO if you had a message and you answered it elsewhere like in a refund message box, that does not count as answering the message in the message area.
