Dear sir/ Madam,

my case id is- (#14498500) which i got from etsy support.i have been working  very hard this days to maintain my account in best form as possible.

i was replying all messages upto date  so i do not have issue with not responding messages.and the percentage issue. yesterday night at 12 i did checked messages and percentage on etsy platform and every thing looks ok, suddenly i was shocked to c the percentage came down to 94% for message response rate.i did always repled to all my customers on time and help resolved all issue they had with there orders as u can c from my account.i have been replying mesages from phone and on desktop in evening  i worked very hard to have good christmas this year and was doing good,i was socked that my star badge was removed.if u can check all my communication with customers i have maintained and resolved any issues at the earliest.as u can c i have good healthy tracking  and dispatch rate and average rate is also fine.please if u could check and help me gain star badge .there might be some issues which might have caused it.i have so much stock and my expectation were high.

kindly if u could help me.

i very much hope u would coperate and help me resolve this as soon as possible as i am deply concern and not happy at all.

@LONDONSCARFS: Star Seller stats are for the previous three month period, so on November 30 UTC (for December Star) they were for September, October and November; on December 1 UTC (for January Star) they are for October, November and December;

 

Did you take the time to look at the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page (previous period for December Star) to see which messages Etsy thinks were not answered with 24 hours? When you look at the file remember that that the dates / times are in UTC (not your time zone), only the first message of a new incoming thread is included (all that counts for Star Seller), and usually a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) seem to be updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay. There is also a link to the actual message thread so you can verify if the data is correct or not. Keep in mind that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.

 

"i very much hope u would coperate" Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

this is a sellers forum , we cant change anything for you. Etsy support just send you here to get you off the call.

The percentage is calculated over a period of months , id recommend you read all the information relating to star seller criteria ( head to the help section top of the page )
