star seller achieved BUT not showing on my cover page

Hi there,

For the first time ever I finally achieved all three star seller requirements as proven in the Star seller statement.

BUT on the front page of my Etsy shop the ONLY thing that shows is my customer service badge NOT the overall three badges as a star seller. 

Can someone tell my why please?

I paid extra money for shipping with tracking in order to achieve this badge. I'm from Canada and if you want tracking on a shipment you have to pay sometimes three times the price without tracking. But I did so hoping that the Star Seller badge would help with my terrible sales....

thank you - but  I do have all three at 100% in their summary statement

So don't know why the shipping and message ones are not showing

Go to Star Seller stats and click "last review period" that will tell you what you had when the May 1st badge was awarded.

If you're currently seeing 100% in all 3 categories, that's for the June 1st badge.

Yes I have 100% in all categories (yay finally - I was so happy)

So are you saying that it'll only update my etsy shop cover in June?

Yes, the current progress you see is for the next badge in June.

It is the last review period you need to look at.  Not the current one that started showing.

oh well the last review period is not 100% for two of the categories.

But for the current period I have 100% for all three, so when will I see that on my cover of my etsy shop?

When the badge is awarded June 1st. Assuming you keep above 95%/4.8 (for reviews) till May 31st.

Oh ok thanks so much. Frustrating that I have to wait a month so see the badge on my cover. I'm hoping that badge helps my sales results and I've earned it at this point...

@NancyNicoleArt: "Frustrating that I have to wait a month ..." Understandable, but Star Seller is calculated only on the 1st of each month using data from the the preceding three month period.

Many of us don't see any difference in sales when we have the badge vs. when we don't.
I'm not sure it's worth paying extra for shipping (losing actual profit) just in case having the badge might give you more sales.
