I don't understand anything at all, why was my shop on pause? I don't have a letter in my email (yes, even in the spam folder). It's impossible to contact support, or I didn't find this button - only to file an appeal if you were blocked.
Where can I find out information? Who to talk to?
The articles didn't help me, none of the reasons given suit me, except for "pay off the debt of 3 dollars", but I DON'T HAVE A PAY BUTTON! Nowhere! I'm desperate.
Last night they wanted to rob me with a spam letter from scammers that I received on Etsy, and I clicked on the link - the site was 1 in 1, so I was just lucky that they didn't have time to steal all my money, and I managed to block and reissue my card.
@krashnik your shop is not on pause. It's open!

For future reference, any message from Etsy will be in the Etsy folder. Scammers target new shops relentlessly so be cautious and don't click on any links. As stated above, your shop is open.
When receiving any messages from "Etsy" always go and use the browser option on your computer rather than the app to double check. All legitimate Etsy messages appear under a From Etsy specific folder rather than the generic inbox folder. However, (unless they've changed it) this folder isn't viewable on the app.
So always check on the browser and after that, check in with the forum. Sadly, some of these scammers are getting wily. So the forum has lots of people who have seen these scams who can advise.

Oh, thank you all for the replies! I was unpaused, I guess it was put on pause after I reported spam messages... anyway, thank you all for the support, replies and advice! ♡♡♡

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
