Our shop has been forced on Vacation Mode for no issue and we were having issues signing in over the weekend. Something about Robots on our IP address. This is really hurting our income. Anyone has some help or advice. We can't seem to find someone to reach out to about it.
Having the same issue here except mine says to verify my government ID. I replied the same day with a copy of my drivers license as they asked and have not been able to reach anyone since. It’s been almost a week so any information is sure appreciated.

I am not being snarky, it is because it is confusing and results in the OP here having their issue lost as people start posting about yours.
@Troyohouse Did Etsy say their automated bots found issues on your shop? It is difficult to offer any help when it is unclear exactly what was said by Etsy.
So basically nothing has been said from Etsy, except the message that we have been put on Vacation mode.
No....we have not received any information from Etsy about our shop getting put on Vacation mode. It just appeared. And this weekend, every time I tried to log in, it asked me to clarify with a puzzle thing and it blocked me. In the block message, it said that there could be a possible bot on our IP. So I am just trying to figure out what is happening. We have never been placed on Vacation mode before unless we did it voluntarily. We have tried to contact ETSY but it is not giving me an option to contact via email or chat with someone.
OP, never sign in with an ad-blocker app or VPN on your computer. Try a different browser such as Edge or Safari if you have been using Chrome. The Etsy app is too glitchy sometimes.
