I list in Canada and ship to Canada and the United States but my latest listing says that I don.t ship to Canada even though my listing profile says I do. Help please
I didn't think it was possible to not ship to where you (seller) are located. If you want to share which listing is the problem one, I'll take a look and see if it shows that it ships to Canada. Might just be an erroneous message on your end.
Well now the "this seller doesn't ship to Canada" has disappeared and once again I have no idea why. Thanks for the offer to help but so far it is o.k.
