shipping profiles missing

This morning on my main Etsy shop, all of my shipping profiles have disappeared.  I have two shops and the other shop is fine.

I was posting a listing and there were no profiles anymore and when I checked my shipping profiles they were all gone.

I see this was a problem back in 6/2021 on this forum...please help if anyone knows how to fix this or what its about.  The last forum string and etsy person said that it was an engineering problem and they were working on fixing it.  Has anyone else had this happen this morning?

Yes,  a few of us are having this and more and more seem to be finding it as well.  I posted yesterday about it. Go to your chat with Etsy and post it there too...

I am having shipping profiles missing too. I can't find chat with Etsy and have to leave to go to work.

Me! I posted as well. Check your app. I have 2 profiles on the app, but the rest are gone.

Same... and if I try to edit a listing for anything it makes me re-do all the shipping information.

Yes, me too! It's frustrating and I also edited an older listing and the shipping profile had disappeared.

Was driving me crazy the whole day. No matter what I tried, I couldn't find the problem to my missing shipping profiles. I was ready to go on amazon and order myself a straight-jacket. Fortunately, I came across this video. Your solution may be about two minutes in. Worked for me. Her accent is a little strong but you can get by it thanks to the video.
