shipping labels

I can't access the shipping labels. I click on the button but nothing happens. It worked this morning. Any one else having this problem?

Thanks, did all of that. Nothing worked even shutting down the computer. Finally solved the problem by ordering it from etsy blue app.  I will file it under "what to do's" on etsy.

I’ve been having this same issue for two weeks. I have found that if I check the orders I want to ship, nothing happens when I click on shipping labels (and it is not grayed out), then I have to click refresh and the shipping screen comes up - but I have to fill out all the info that is usually prefilled. Ugh - I’m over it! I contacted technical support two weeks ago and they just sent me an email in response yesterday - two weeks! And still not resolved.

This has been an ongoing problem on Etsy for a while now. Try Pirateship.com, it always works.

Yes - first sign of any glitches with labels, I'm on PirateShip.

Set up an account, use as backup.

These problems happen now and then - it will happen again.

Why just use them for backup? Why not just stick with the company that always works AND provides support in minutes if you ever do have a problem?

I just like the convenience of having the label costs deducted from my balance on Etsy.

I have my Pirateship set up so they just autobill my bank account for the amount I specified whenever my funds get low.

If you click on the (update web browser-refresh page) it should load.
