shipping labels

Is anyone else having issues trying to create a label?  I'm finally so discuraged with it all I went and paid extra with click N ship.  I didn't want my customers having to wait.  Not sure if this is an Etsy thing or not.

Did you try the usual clear cache and cookies.  Try a different browser.  There have been reported issues.

I suggest using Pirateship as you get commercial pricing with Pirateship if Etsy labels are not available.

It seems to have been an issue for a lot of people - ongoing, the past day and a half.

Everyone needs a backup plan.  This has happened in the past, it will happen again.

If you are on the road to the Post Office, and the road is blocked from an accident, and you can't get to mail your packages - do you go home?

No.  You find another route, or another post office.

Same with Etsy labels - there are alternative ways to get postage online - Pirateship, Shipstation, stamps.com, shippo, etc.

I got pushed to do this years ago - I like the convenience of Etsy labels, but I find the glitches that slow us up on Etsy unforgiveable, so I took it in my own hands to find a backup plan.  First sign of any problems, I'm on PirateShip.

I can print International labels, just not US unless I refresh the page first

After I used Pirateship I never went back to Etsy Labels it was so simple

I'm still having problems with shipping labels  not printing.  Will this be fixed soon?

@CustomThreads1     Refresh your page prior to scrolling down to the "print label" area and you should be able to print.

Etsy will not comment on when it will be fixed.   They  have not even posted anything about it on here other than they are aware of it.

I right click and select reload then it comes up to do the label

So I see other people having trouble too. I am shipping from Canada to the USA and unable to print a "Small Packet" label, but can send it with "Tracked Packet" using Etsy labels. Hope they can fix this soon!
