I have been printing labels all morning without issues, all of a sudden the labels are no longer being processed - is there a glitch?

Hi everyone,

We are experiencing a billing issue that is affecting various site systems and products including Orders and Labels. We are aware and all teams are investigating.

It looks like Labels are processing despite the error alert and you can download and print them.

Hi all,

We did see a brief issue, we are aware and working to resolve. We should be back to normal operations soon.

We'll keep this open for the conclusion of today's issue, then close since this thread is a past resolved issue.

same here, CANNOT print labels in this shop.

My other shop was fine with printing labels just a few minutes ago, but this shop will not allow for printing. Confirm and Buy is GRAYED out and is not clickable to purchase.
