Etsy shipping from the UK
I have had nothing but issues with Etsy shipping.
Etsy have been charging the domestic rate to international buyers for over a year on my account.
NOW my listings have lost all the delivery settings which exclude some countries. I have requested that ETSY add Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 to the options for labels with no intelligent response from ETSY.
No one at ETSY seem to either understand or resolve these issues why? and they are still with holding payments ! Sellers are expected to provide a five star service but ETSY are unable to support this.
Hi, sorry that you're experiencing all these issues.
In regards to some RM services not showing, I've circumvented it by just choosing the service that suits the best in terms of the expected delivery time (whether RM, DPD, Evri etc.) The customer doesn't see what service you use, and even Etsy has recommended this in the past. It's not ideal but it works for me.
Regarding the free shipping internationally, I just checked on several of your items, and several different countries, and it all comes up as free shipping as stated. Without being able to see your settings directly I can't really comment on what's not working for you, but only on what works for me
For my own shipping I use a mixture of Etsy labels (for the EU) and I use RM drop and go for outside that. I've set (like you had i understand) shipping to individual countries, and priced each individually
For Canada for example i've chosen the dpd direct option as it gives the most suitable shipping time, then chosen the option 'fixed price' in the next 'what you'll charge' box down (this box also gives the option for free shipping and maybe where there's an issue?). The next box down is the cost you charge and I've filled in the amount I want to charge there to the customer
Drop & Go is the Post Office system with a pre-payment account for purchasing postage from the Post Office. You drop your parcels at the PO with a manifest, and you go, then the PO creates the labels which they charge to your account.
Click & Drop is the separate Royal Mail system for online label purchasing. You click to buy online, then drop your parcel at a post box, PO, or RM delivery office, or you can order RM pickup.

@RareJewels This problem has been pointed out to Etsy for months. It seems that Etsy isn't interested in sorting this problem out so it's left up to sellers to use RM direct.
If you have issues with etsy shipping, don't use etsy labels, I don't.
Etsy only offers the services that the post office does, they are a third party like the post office.
If you want 24 or 48 tracked, buy from Royal mail online

don't use the domestic pricing tool,
adjust the shipping charges instead.

star seller protects from most of the reserves, you don't have the message badge, that should be the easiest to get, as that's all in our hands.
This has been an issue for some time. Plus , i've had drawn out conversations with Royal Mail Business account management team. They just repeat its Etsy problem and have no interest to resolve.
Don't hold your breath for resolution, just use the service that suits your orders and add the tracking.
Also just so you know if you open a RM click and drop account you also have the option to have this automatically update Etsy with tracking. You can do the same with an Evri account too (which i've been using prior to Etsy adding them here ). You may find you can do this with others too .
