Trouble printing Packing slips

I’ve always used chrome and selected the orders I needed to print packing slips for, then printed them. It keeps redirecting me to the old Etsy app? I’ve tried both the old app and the new app and am yet to get a packing slip. Anyone having the same problem or know a workaround? Thanks! Steph

Thank you! I went to my desktop and got that to work. I really need it to keep working on the browser on my cell phone though .

at one point, you may have tried to open a link and it's asked if you want to use the app or chrome, and you've select "always" instead of "just once".

(at least I see this on my android).

I can't remember how to reset that though.

Maybe reload the apps and check your app "allowances" or whatever that word is. When the old app won't work for me I restart my phone and it generally fixes it.(android)

I am also having this issue suddenly and I could scream at Etsy for changing this for no reason.
