One of my customers entered a gift message with emoticons and they're not printing correctly, I get the code. How do you work around that?
Are you able to edit the message? you can then copy and paste the emoticons in
I don't think so.
If you are handy with design software, you could replicate the page quickly and write the message in before printing it
