sales and fees displayed incorrectly in the admin panel

When I look at your sales, there are 14 sales of individual items, and I can see each one

did anyone buy 2 at once, and you are looking at orders, and not individual item sales? 
"sales" in the  finance section is actually orders, not individual item sales

@SelfArtDesign  : As @CraftyCornishMaids  mentioned, the word "sales" means different things in different places. Sometimes it means the number of orders, other times the total number of items. The Orders and Shipping page in shop manager should be the source of most accurate information on the number and status of orders.
