sales and discounts- calendar not appearing

Hi everyone,

Good day. I had an issue, not sure if its a glitch or something else. i had no issue in the past to create sales coupon in the sales and discount (marketing) on my dashboard. However, recently and this happened the same last few weeks too that when selecting sales duration dates, the calendar appears and i select the dates, it doesnt appear. When i tried it again, the calendar drop down doesnt appear when my cursor is clicking on the calendar icon on the right side or on the empty space. This is only happening on the website (using Window Chrome). I had refresh my browser and the same issue still happens. No such issue on the Etsy seller app (blue). Anyone experiencing such issue at the moment? Thanks

@StarJournalingStudio: This sounds like a browser (and possibly browser version) specific issue. Have you tried a different browser on the same device?

Same issue experienced.

I've tried Brave and Chrome browsers and experienced the same problem, although I was able to set up a sale using Microsoft Edge. Not sure what's happening with Chrome. It had some kind of update recently, so maybe that broke functionality.

Ditch google and switch to edge … much better, reliable results!!

Same issue here.  Have to go on my phone to set a sale up.
