I would like to ask about reviews and stars In this review period I received only 5star reviews but my shop still shows 4.5stars. This is what I see in my star seller tab:

of 10 items got a 5-star rating

You got a 4 star review in February.

You have a two and one star review - you replied to them November and December of last year.

Star seller only looks at reviews for the last 3 months, while the stars that show at the top of your shop (right next to where is says how many sales you have) account for all reviews for all time.  So you could be at 100% for the last 3 months, but still at less than 100% all time.

@LuciaStofej Star Seller is for a 3-month period. The stars at the top of your shop home page are for the last 12 months. That's why there is a difference.
