request for assitance with my ID info

Hi,

I've been on etsy almost 14 years, and have been asked several times to confirm my tax ID info, every time all was OK. But this time I've been put on Vacation modus while they check my info. What about trusting a shop owner that has been around here for almost 14 years, an wait with penalizing a shop in this way. ( it is due to shops like mine, etsy got become a global market place) I've tried contacting administration, for help but no reaction, the chat fuction is not working here, and my country is not in the list for a request call, very strange all other neigbhour countries are. Is Belgium to small Etsy?

I would like to receive some customer service please, by helping me to resolve this issue
