I did hear back after the second time of contacting them, they are looking into it!
I have the same issue. Etsy support claims that the CSV files works fine on their side.
I hope that Etsy admin can join this topic and explain how can we resolve this.
@ArchyScottie Hi, Are you downloading the CSV with the missing data, from the App or a browser? Because I've not used the App, but have heard it is glitchy.
