I sent off an order this morning and as there were two items combined in one parcel, I issued a 20€ refund, then dashed off to do other things. I came back to my computer later, and the refund form was open on my screen with no fields filled in as if I had never completed the transaction. I went through the whole process again as if it was the first time I was refunding. Only when I got to the end and selected the complete button did it flash up that I had refunded a total of 40€. Why was the form showing that no refund had been issued, surely it should have registered I had already refunded? What to do now?
There will be a record of this, but not sure that Etsy would honour the glitch in the system.

The chat button was not there before, but I went back and it had appeared. Now in a drawn out chat with someone who has not grasped the problem.......I can't get them to understand it has zilch to do with shipping label or carrier and they wanted me to provide the order number after I had already done so...so frustrating
someone mentioned the other day that the chat bubble does not appear on every page in the dashboard, hope you get it sorted.
