Curious Orders appearance - just makes me wonder!

This isn't a complaint, just a curiousity thing.  My orders that came in over the weekend - for which I am very grateful - show up in this order on my Sold Orders page:

Orders received Sept 4

Orders received Sept 2

Orders received Sept 5

I'm happy to get the orders, I just can't figure out why they show up that way.  It isn't "oldest first" or "last received" (appearing first I mean).  It isn't the dollar amount of the orders. It isn't alphabetical (don't laugh, I checked).  It isn't "new customers" versus "old customers".  Just struck me as weird, anybody else having orders show up this way?

check your sort by filter on the right, probably set to ship by date.

Re: Curious Orders appearance - just makes me wonder!

do they all have the same processing time? If you use Profiles..did one glitch/change on the processing time? Processing time will change the order if you have the ship by date filter enabled. If you had them set to all the same processing I'd double check my profiles and see that they are all still correct. Or if you don't use profiles, check the processing times on the orders. Some of my old ones are 1-3 days but I have been changing everything to 3-5 lately.

"Sort by Ship by date"! Aha, that helps! (I do use profiles and the processing times are all the same...)  Thank you!
