ratings not updated for a couple of weeks

Hi, a couple of weeks ago I got 2 X 1 star reviews, and my overall shop ratings went to 4.6

Since then I have had 4 X 5 star reviews and 1 X 4 star review, but my shop ratings and star seller hasn't updated. I was told by Etsy help to report it here?  I have waited for over 24 hours since the last one just to be sure.

just to clarify, I understand star seller ratings are over a 3 month period, and how that will affect my star seller ratings, but I am seeing this with my whole shop ratings which is only a small number, so those ratings should make an impact I would think!

Perhaps the more recent ones did not make the cutoff for being considered in the last 3-month period. They won't change "Star Seller" status until next month, regardless.

thank you, I am actually referring to my whole shop ratings, not star seller. My ratings were 4.9, then after two 1 star reviews went to 4.6 about a fortnight ago, and it hasn't budged since, even with 5 more reviews since then.

@BotanicMystic: If you click on the ratings card on your Star Seller page, you will see a detailed breakdown of the number of each star rating reviews is being considered for the February star.

Have you done the math? With just 36 reviews over 6ish months, it shouldn't be hard to calculate.

I did, and it still comes to 4.6, I think

but wouldn't it change after 5 reviews?
