Has Anyone else had this issue & and know how to fix it or how to get Etsy to?
I was updating my Entity Taxpayer information for my Seller Account, however somehow when it was saved, Etsy's form saved my name in the 'legal entity name' section. Now it's saying that the tax ID doesn't match...well of course it doesn't because it's the wrong name! This should have been an easy fix, however, it's not allowing me to edit this name even when I click on edit and change the name, the submit button is greyed out, and they suspended my account because of it.
I contacted the Etsy Help Desk through email and they admitted that this was a technical error on their end and that they would fix it. HOWEVER, they never did! It's been six months and I've re-contacted them several times with no response.
PLEASE HELP with any info on this!
