"Verify your business information to sell on Etsy" notice on dashboard - false alarm?

I see on my dashboard there is a notice:

Verify your business information to sell on Etsy

We had trouble verifying the info you provided. Upload a copy of government-issued business verification document to submit your details for review

When I click this link, I go to the legal/tax section and see I have both a verified government issued ID and a verified business identification document. I verified both of these several months ago and there is no action to take.

I assume this is a technical issue and there is nothing to do. Curious if others have seen this on their dashboard.

We're seeing the same message but in only one of our two shops (which are both under the same LLC and EIN).  Reading everyone else's responses, just going to wait a while and hope it disappears.

Yes, this warning message has appeared for a week now.  When clicking through and following the step-by-step process, it says that my information has been successfully verified.  However the warning message remains.   Etsy definitely owes an explanation here.

Yep.

Had red alert. Reached out to chat got a reply from ETSY to re-upload documents including utility bill. Re-uploaded and was confirmed all cleared up. No longer a red banner and got email confirmation back said all good. 

Now we get email that they cannot verify and need us to re-upload again yet no red banner on the shop dashboard. Says they suspended ETSY Payments but shop has had orders since the email. 

What on earth...

Going through this same problem and my shop is totally down during the height of Mother's day shopping season....time to focus on Shopify and stop this charade of "community that cares".  LITERALLY NO ONE at Etsy cares if your shop is down and you can't earn money...you can barely contact anyone for help!

I do and I have checked twice.  It says my info is verified.  They have some serious problems if they can't even do that.

I wrote to support several times, sent documents, but nothing changes?

I have two stores, I sell digital products in one and physical products in the other. Both are based on the same company. What is interesting is that they should not accept one while accepting the other. I am really confused. I am sending all the original documents provided by the state. The other is accepted, the other is not. I think Etsy is trying to harass people this way. I think if they don't fix this mistake soon, I will continue my sales on another platform. I am really tired

I've been just trying to set up a shop for the first time and it won't verify my business / llc in shop manager, I've tried and tried, each time I end up reaching my 5 tries within 24 hours, and support keeps telling to review the same document on how to do it, which is what I'm following and it's not working.  I'm about to give up on etsy, they don't seem know what they are doing.
