Has anyone solved this issue? Everytime I try to add a listing I receive the "Uh oh!" error message. I believe my shop is setup correctly so that nothing should be stopping me from making a listing? I have also already tried clearing my cache and cookies, logged in/out, and made sure my payment info is up to date. Attached is a picture of the error, in hope that it helps.
