"This item is unavailable in your region" error in digital download listings

Hi, I sell digital downloads of vintage art prints and have been facing issues with two of my listings, they are shown as active in the shop dashboard but whenever i open them they are inaccessible and this message flashes "Sorry, this item is unavailable in your region.", but its not happening with any of my other 12 listings. i even asked a few of my friends who stay in different regions to check but even weren't able to access them, i tried changing the display images to see if there's something wrong with and listings appeared, it seems the bot is removing the listings due to issue with the pictures. but these are just merely vintage paintings how could these paintings be against etsy's guidelines.

I can see them just fine in the UK.

If I change my region to India, they disappear.

you are a paypal only shop, and if you are set to india, they are not available to you, as paypal is not available for indian buyers

Hey, I think you're right but if this was the only case then why am i able to see my other 13 listings? makes me wonder! I guess it'll take me sometime to get the hang of it! Really appreciate the help, thanks a lot!

I see them in USA. As CraftyCornishMaids said, it's probably due to being only PayPal.

Hi I have this come up when I go into my own sold listings - can anyone shed any light on this?  I should be able to see my own sold items!

@KilianCellarDoor can you see your sold listings if you go to your completed orders or 'sold out' section on the listing manager page?

I can't see my own sold listings if I go via the link on my shop home page - there's a bug and all the thumbnails are missing. It's been like that for ages now.

I can't see them from links or if I go into orders.  I can only access them if I search within my sold listings which is really annoying.   If I get a message about the order from a buyer the link won't work - that stupid message comes up.

@KilianCellarDoor are they listings for knives, letter openers, etc?

Hi no - nothing like that at all - just ordinary jewellery and bits and bobs. They are already sold as well.
