I had this happen recently in my shop for multiple items - turns out it was a glitch! The one thing that worked was finding the listing in my listings, then manually deactivating and then reactivating. Worked for me, hope it does for you too
@AetherEdgeArmoury Etsy blocks listings for UK buyers if they contain knives (error reads - Sorry, this item is unavailable in your region). It could be that a 'bot' thinks your listing is for a knife, however I'm not sure what the criteria is - I wouldn't be surprised if they are using AI with image recognition.
