"Section" options missing in Edit Mode?

I just went to move an item I just listed to a different section of my shop. I have all 20 sections in use. Instead of the normal section and drop down menu it says "Add your first section"? What the heck? I checked another item which I just renewed and same thing. Though it is in the proper section. Anyone else?

Make sure you are using a browser and not the app. I just tried it and all my sections are showing in the drop down.
