"Print using system dialog" doesn't load with my munbyn printer

I have never had issues with this munbyn printer in the last year of using it but I am unable to print out shipping labels now. After the label is created in a pdf and I hit "print with system dialog" it can't load which prevents me from contacting the printer. It's turned on, plugged in, and connected to the same network as my mac, and I'm sure the right one is selected. I don't think it's a problem with the printer, but more likely with Etsy or my computer. The only resolution I've had is shutting down my computer after each batch of labels I create. It is a huge pain and I wish it would work like it used to. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to help me?!

What program is the pdf opening in for you to print from?

Google chrome? It just opens up in a new tab.

I'm having the same exact problem, but I have a Rollo printer. It's really frustrating. I believe it's an issue with Chrome, but I haven't quite figured out what or how to fix it yet...

I'm having the same issue! This is with the Brother QL 1100. I'm not able to update my work computer to a newer OS and it seems to be affecting the newer edition of Chrome. Super frustrating.

I have a zebra and it wasn't printing yesterday. I had to go through all my settings to try and figure out what the problem was. On it's own, it changed from USB hub to serial port. I wonder if something Etsy did is changing our printer settings. I know we have different machines, but maybe check your connection settings and see if something changed.
