"NO TRACKING" button isn't working

You know when you have the side bar that says "completed status" and you can click "delivered" "in transit" ETC?

Why does it still show all orders when I try to select "no tracking"?

 

It used to just bring up the orders with no tracking added and I could cross check and add tracking that I'd missed off, but now it just shows all orders so I have to go through every single order to see if I have any tracking missing, it's very frustrating!

 

Any help would be much appreciated!

I just tried it, and mine only show a handful with no tracking from years ago.  If you are accustomed to using this feature, and it's not working today, sounds like it may be a glitch.  Sign out, clear your cache, or try another browser.

Aww thanks, I'd not even thought about doing that!

Yeah I use it weekly to double check that everything has tracking and I didn't miss any, than if I have, I can just upload it quickly but it's not been working for a few weeks for me. 

I'll try that and see if it works!

I tried a different browser, tried signing out and in again and even tried another computer but it's still bringing up most of my orders, all with tracking. I'm not sure how to clear my cache but I'll get my husband to do that this evening and see if that works.

@DaisyCutterBurlesque: If your concern is Star Seller, going through the applicable CSV file is probably faster and more convenient.

Thanks! No it isn't I'm already SS most months. I just sometimes miss a tracking code and like to double check that all orders have one and if not, pop it in.
