"Message stats report" begins at October 12, 2022 but doesn't list all new messages

downloaded "Message stats report" as of December 15, 2022 and it does not list a message from 12-13-2023.  Why not? Counting this message would increase my response percentage. 

And why is it counting responses back to October 12, 2022? I thought this was a "monthly" thing - when did you change it?  Obviously my Star Seller status is messed up.

@WilzPotteryRedware: Is the "missing" message the FIRST message of a NEW THREAD? That is all that counts for Star Seller and what is included in the CSV file.
