"Item Not Available" Error

A buyer has contacted me informing me that they have attempted to purchase an item and are receiving a "this item is not available" error". My shop is in good standing and up to date. Before I attempt to contact Etsy, is anyone aware of a glitch that would prompt this?

@halfcentury  My first thought is that the buyer is in a Country you do not ship to.

Though there have been posts recently where buyers are seeing "not available for purchase in your State" type notices. (One shop did wonderful centerpieces with artificial succulents/plants)
In those cases it's probably a bot with ability to scan images & it decided the faux was live/real. 

I was able to cart an item & could have proceeded thru checkout.
