"Get Shipping Labels" Button not responding?

I've noticed that since this morning, it seems there is a bug in creating shipping labels. When I press the "Get shipping labels" it does nothing. I also tried the "Get shipping labels" button and it's not responding. I've restarted my browser and tried it on mobile as well, and the issue is still happening. I also have several shops and the bug is consistent.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm going to make my labels outside of Etsy using Pirateship or an alternative and then update the tracking to Etsy when I "complete the order"

Hopefully that works and others can do the same in the meantime!

Also having the issue. I've noticed that it happens when there are more than two pages of orders. Anyone know if Etsy is aware? I took a video of it this morning.

I haven't had any issues printing labels. I always click on the little mail truck next to each order to print out the shipping label. I guess that's not efficient for people who like to print multiple labels, but it has worked for me. I also use Firefox, don't know if that makes a difference.

Nothing is working. One or many at a time. THis has been going on for three days at least. Some of us are in our busy season and nothing is fixed! IT works for a minute or two and then gone.

This has been weird. I tried several strategies to get around this without success. I decided to do a manual label and pay full postage, just to get the order out to the buyer. Now I am going to fuss to see what happened. I seem to be able to create labels for completed orders, but not this 1 order.

I am still having this issue. The only way around it is to go onto another page - say messages, go back to that order then it works. Very annoying!! Hope they sort it soon.

So annoying! I get it to work and than it does not. Forget about multiples..... singles. only. Hope ETsy gets it together. Now shipping and money a problem!!

I have had this, too. If you hit "get shipping labels" and it does nothing, just click refresh... it goes right to the labels screen.

The shipping label buttons have been screwed up for months on my store. Etsy DGAF. With so many bugs happening lately, I'm wondering if they made some major cost cutting measures to their engineering team recently. The entire website is sh*t show right now.

ANd now no payments with their banking problems. Scary company to deal with!!!
