Recently, I received messages from my customers stating that they are trying to use a promo code. This code expired 4 months ago, but Etsy is still sending it to my customers.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Any way to fix this?

No; however, because of issues that I experienced in the past with promo codes (discount codes for returning customers, those who "Favorite" items, etc.), I have discontinued all such codes. One issue was that they somehow got out into "cyberspace", and were being used by customers who did not meet the particular requirements for them. Unfortunately, I was obligated to honor them since they were applied at checkout. As stated, I have now discontinued all such codes and simply issue refunds of 20% to repeat customers and will, occasionally, offer 15% refunds to potential customers who submit Etsy convo inquiries. This works much better for me.
